A well-known Russian calligraffiti artist Pokras Lampas in cooperation with Smokin’ Heroes team created an epic fifteen hundred square meters artwork on the Red October plant roof in Moscow. The authors claim that it is the largest calligraphy in Russia. The artist and his team spent two days and nearly a ton of paint to create this work, its height equals to twenty-two storey building.
‘This project breaks records on the complexity and scale in Russia,’ says Pokras Lampas. ‘It was a real challenge for me and my team. We designed a brush with an ink surface of one meter using four big brooms specifically for this event. We could fail this project many times due to the rains and problems with the delivery of hundreds of liters of paint from another city.’
